feeling burnt out (self.starbucksbaristas)

Beem with the siren for only a year and a half but I've really been feeling burnt out lately. I transferred stores and loooove my new store but I can't help but feel like I can't and don't want to work at sbux anymore. Does anyone have any tips or solutions here?

I've taken a vacation recently but it just amplified how I've been feeling. As in I felt so much better when I wasn't at work.

I understand your feeling. I'm a 2 1/2 year partner, 2 year ssv.

Sometimes we reach that point in jobs, and honestly your should ask yourself how much Starbucks means to you. Don't fight the burn out as it will just increase.

Talk to your SM about your situation, and since the vacation did not help I recommend you cut yourself free and progress in life.

The goal is to get another job in general. It's not physically sustainable since I'm now left with long lasting injuries but it's the only job that's hired me in almost two years. I do love aspects of sbux. The benefits the support and the ability to really connect with people sometimes. But I physically cannot stay much longer and I'm really feeling it due to it.

A paycheck is a paycheck but I ask myself at this point "is it worth it" all too often
