There is this guy who comes through the drive through every couple of weeks and orders 2 pumpkin spice lattes. Every single time he comes up to the window he’s so rude and tells me to get my manager. He then goes on a whole rant about how his drinks tasted spoiled last time and we promised him free drinks next time. He does this every. time. And my shifts and manager just keep letting him do it and it drives me insane.
