I mean, yeah, this is actually a good way to go about this, I think. Stores are expected to be open during the holidays, and your SM could just schedule people as normal and not ask people if they want the holiday(s) off, instead, your SM is giving all partners not just “yes” or “no” but five options for your SM to work out to make sure everyone is as pleased as they can be while still keeping the store open. Seems very reasonable to me.
gabby24681 63 points 9m ago
Yeah the only thing is my store has always done it (for Christmas at least) as a volunteer to work basis and if no one volunteered we’d be closed and then Christmas tips only go to people that worked on Christmas. Always figured that was every store oops.
Also, there’s always more than enough volunteers you make a lot in tips on Christmas.
panflutelegend 8 points 9m ago
My old manager wouldn’t let us have Christmas tips be just for people who work on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day because according to her “some people don’t tip during the whole year and wait til Christmas to tip so they actually belong to the whole store”
coffee-and-chillll 27 points 9m ago
Oh hell no. Those tips belong to those who sacrifice their time and work on Christmas Eve/Day. I would definitely fight against that, that’s total bs. Why should those who are at home with their family/friends on a holiday be getting the tips we earned who are working on the holiday?

Thank goodness so far at all of my stores my SM has made sure they go to those who work that particular holiday, and I believe that’s how it should be. Those tips most definitely don’t belong to the whole store wtf
panflutelegend 5 points 9m ago
Yeah I used to get into an argument with her every holiday season about it but she really pushed it and made it seem like it’s policy and that she does us a favor even splitting tips separately for other holidays. I could write a novel of the bs we experienced at that location, thank god she forced me to quit this summer ✨😅✨ no longer with the siren and so much happier for it tbh
gabby24681 11 points 9m ago
Yeah that’s WHY THE TIPS ARE SO BIG BECAUSE THEYRE WORKING ON CHRISTMAS I’m so sorry they did that

Raging_raven17 266 points 9m ago
We did a volunteer sheet for our, you had to pick at least one of the holidays to work. We had 45 people on staff, I think a couple people were forced to work a couple days but it worked pretty well
caitlin_marie_gg 61 points 9m ago
we had a volunteer system too until we were shortstaffed for thanksgiving so for christmas eve/day it was based around your normal availability
Markedsoultheif 32 points 9m ago
They cannot make you work Christmas at Starbucks. Christmas is a volunteer only holiday. If people don’t volunteer the store doesn’t open.
Alternative-Put4708 9 points 9m ago
My family lives out of state so for years I didn’t work Christmas, I was told I HAVE to work Christmas from now on so others could have a chance to travel for Xmas too
Markedsoultheif 15 points 9m ago
That’s bull. That’s not fair. If they don’t have enough people to work, the store doesn’t open. There’s no reason to need to be open until 6 on Christmas
[deleted] 1 points 9m ago
[removed]
CriticalSheep 15 points 9m ago
My store was the same- only people who volunteered for Christmas were scheduled and the SM always worked so the tips would be higher for the baristas working that day. We had to sign up for two of the six holidays (Thanksgiving, DAT, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NYE, NY). Other than Christmas, just because you volunteered for that day didn't mean you were scheduled.
mangotangoafterdark 181 points 9m ago
this seems like a good system to me
NOTcreative- 77 points 9m ago
This manager went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate their partners. Hats off
durqandat 87 points 9m ago
Way more considerate than they are required to be
nicolelynnejones 63 points 9m ago
A sign up sheet is usually easier but this seems okay. The wording is a little “off” but it makes sense
PrimeVistaPRO 8 points 9m ago
Yeah, I get what they're going for but the wording gives me the ick
nicolelynnejones 7 points 9m ago
“We work in retail and our store will be open!” as if everyone doesn’t already know this
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 2 points 9m ago
Yeah I think that’s why I really wanted to get yalls thoughts on it because the wording didn’t sit right with me.
MathSmooth4506 38 points 9m ago
So this will only be my second holiday season with bux but at my previous job everyone had to work 1 holiday and it went by seniority. So say someone had been there 10 years they would get first pick and they would usually go with Memorial Day or Labor Day since they’re short days no one really cares about. The newer people would get days like July 4th or Christmas Eve.
It worked really well for us there because it was a known system and once everyone picked there were no surprises.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 14 points 9m ago
Same here, this is also my second holiday with SB. I just wanted insight from other partners. I personally like working all holidays!
pastelldillann 33 points 9m ago
My SM has a sign up sheet in the back for holiday crews. I think this is a good approach too. It allows all partners to be transparent about their holiday availability! Love it.
Beneficial-Weird-817 28 points 9m ago
I love this!!
defendpoppunk77 27 points 9m ago
This is a good approach, as is an all volunteer basis! The stores are expected to be open and some people do enjoy working holidays so this seems like a great way to accommodate.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 3 points 9m ago
Yeah! Like I put myself down to be able to work all holidays 🤷🏻‍♀️
violaaesthetic 22 points 9m ago
This is more than most stores get. “Is this allowed?” Really got an eye roll from me, if I’m being real
sheep_heavenly 17 points 9m ago
SM discretion.

I personally don't think workers should be required to work on holidays. Volunteer sure, but not forced. If the store can't be staffed the store can't be open.

I've worked too many holidays that were completely dead and, before I found my spine, ended up staying late because the sixty customers all came in the last five minutes. We're a business, not a public service. The world will go on, travelers can make coffee to go.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Yes exactly and other stores will be open, the public will survive but I’m also one of the employees that actively wants to work on holidays
je-m-en-fiche 16 points 9m ago
As a manager, I feel like this was a great way to do this.

As a human, I would gladly make my own coffee on Christmas to give baristas the day off.
RyusuiJL 2 points 9m ago
The thought is very considerate of you. But there are those of us who do truly prefer to work on certain holidays. If nothing else, the pay is worthwhile.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
I second this! But I definitely agree with them as well
gingergal-n-dog 15 points 9m ago
Idk Xmas day is a volunteer only day at my store and typically there are a few borrowed partners on that day.
My 1st holiday season I was at a different store and they were just not open.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 5 points 9m ago
Yeah, one manager I worked under always asked her partners if they could work or wanted to and decided to open or not based on that and the manager I was under last year just didn’t open bc not enough people volunteered… went to a different store and still got hours 🤪
badatlife15 3 points 9m ago
This will be my 3rd holiday season, the last two we’ve had a similar sign up sheet putting preferences. Basically only the people who want to work on Christmas Day do and for the past two years our store has been closed, partners who want to work get borrowed to other stores unless we had enough to keep ours open.
MasterMischievous 14 points 9m ago
I’m curious what op’s problem is with this.
suhoatmeal_ 4 points 9m ago
I’m not OP (obviously) but this would make me really anxious because I live and work multiple states away from my family, so I need to travel to see them. I need to be able to plan and buy plane tickets, I can’t just wait to see if I’m scheduled or not
MasterMischievous 1 points 8m ago
I see that, but just communicate with the SM. I don’t think it’s hard to be like yeah this one barista is NOT working on this day
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Just personally wanted some insight bc I’ve not seen it done like this before, I have no problems with it bc I always volunteer myself for holidays
bunnylo 8 points 9m ago
this isn’t a bad system in my opinion. my old store had sheets posted in back where people could sign up/volunteer to work (some people don’t mind working or want the bomb ass holiday pay/tips). but if your store doesn’t have an abundance of people who want to work holidays than this is a fair system.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 0 points 9m ago
oh for sure. I don’t mind this system at all, my managers know I will almost always work lmao so I put myself 5 for 4 holidays and a 4 for one 🤣
PK_Pixel 7 points 9m ago
I appreciate this for the obvious reasons. But at the same time, I dislike the wording. The store does not NEED to be open. I would argue that every employee getting to be with their family is more important and should be prioritized over people getting a coffee. The only reason not everyone gets the day off is for profit. Plain and simple. Coffee is not essential.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
YES. THANK YOU. I think all employees should be allowed to decide if they want to work holidays or not because I also understand about seeing family and close friends bc on a regular basis, I barely see mine but I also like working so I want to actively work holidays.
PK_Pixel 2 points 9m ago
Exactly. I live away from my parents and these are basically the only chances I get to see them.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
yes! I agree
Vegan_Sweetie 7 points 9m ago
I think this is a really good method TBH.
Ordinary-Theory-8289 5 points 9m ago
Why would this be a problem? Sounds like your manager is trying to be as accommodating as possible in regards to the holidays. Unfortunately the sstore will be open and people will have to work
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Not a problem, just wanted to get insight from others bc I never heard that it’s required for employees to work holidays or whatever
Starbucks-sm 5 points 9m ago
That's actually a brilliant way to schedule around 20+ people's preferences. I'm stealing that, honestly.
aaronbdancer 5 points 9m ago
This is encouraged yes actually. I do something similar for my store and I’ve already decided hours for the holidays so I can let the team know what to expect
spookbish69 5 points 9m ago
My previous sm did this and she let us pick two days we wanted off and let us volunteer days/ sign up for shifts we wanted
fionalemon 4 points 9m ago
Honestly I like this system a lot. My old store you were expected to work one "day" and one "eve" and my current store you have to pick 3 (thanksgiving, black friday, christmas eve, NYE, new years day) which is pretty annoying lol. I'd take this system over our current one
edit: forgot we aren't open on christmas day
SqzHerLimes 4 points 9m ago
should do this at my store. can i pick 5 for all?
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 3 points 9m ago
Dawg I straight up did 4/5 days 5’s and one day a 4🤣 money talks lmao
OliviaPooPoo 4 points 9m ago
Yes, my store does this every year.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 4 points 9m ago
i wanted insight from other partners, but I have heard in the past that you can volunteer to work but you don’t have to.
kitcat1210 15 points 9m ago
the only day like that is christmas day. if no one volunteers, the store doesnt open. every other day the store is open tho people have to work. every store i worked at requires us to work 2 holidays. this seems like a great way to schedule people for them tbh!
dlcksuck 3 points 9m ago
Is that across all stores? A store I was previously at did not give us an option on Christmas Day
cats_with_tentacles 2 points 9m ago
Our district has like 12 stores and only 5 are open for Christmas, so the entire district is asked for volunteers for those stores, but they are open regardless and people will def get scheduled if enough dont volunteer
jondgul 3 points 9m ago
This really seems like a great way to do it. Like the sheet says. Its retail holiday season. It sucks, but that's what you sign up for when working retail. Like others have said, my store had a holiday sign-up. Say which day you're willing to work. Otherwise it's a shit show. Doing something like this seems to be pretty fair. Considering they could just schedule people their normal days. I wouldn't complain about this
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
I agree. Per se I put myself down as able to work all days bc I enjoy working holidays
sp00kygiirl 3 points 9m ago
this honestly seems like the best way to do this
Actono28 3 points 9m ago
Fuck the store, family is far more important.
StarbzBoi 3 points 9m ago

My manager makes all holidays staffed for 8 hours but operational for 7 ( half hour open half hour close) so only one key holder has to work and only a handful of baristas and we have people who like to work 8 hours on holidays so the rest of us get them off. It’s a brilliant system
nonogender 3 points 9m ago
last holiday season when i still worked there we had to work 2 holidays as a requirement and we could choose which ones we worked. i think its just bc otherwise no one would work holidays (which is fair bc no one wants to)
ExpensiveSchedule229 3 points 9m ago
Lmao the illusion of choice
PalpitationKey1305 3 points 9m ago
I would love something like this or a sign up sheet! This is a great idea.
dallizzlee 3 points 9m ago
This is better than ours. We’re required to work 3/5, Christmas is the only day optional.
SportsChick79 3 points 9m ago
This is my first holiday season with Bux but with Christmas over the weekend and I'm already not available, I'm not going to be in town. I already told me SM I have no issue opening Thanksgiving since DH's family does a later dinner. NYE is so whatever for me (I ALWAYS fall asleep before midnight, DH wakes me up at 11:58 and I'm all like yay, happy new year, time to go back to sleep).
RexRoman20 3 points 9m ago
Our manager post sign up sheets every year. We never have issues with not enough people signing up though because the tips make it worth it! At least where my store is located it does.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Oh yeah, the time and a half and tips are very worth it to me. I honestly volunteer myself for all holidays!
Socko-The-Sock 3 points 9m ago
A lot of retail places straight up black out november and december so you can't take off unless you put it in early. I like this approach.
Shellbean00 2 points 9m ago
I really like the way my manager sets it up. Every partner is allowed 2 “holidays” off out of these. But no one can get Thanksgiving day AND Christmas off. You can do Xmas Eve + Xmas day/ NYE/New Years. But you at least have to work thanksgiving day or Christmas Day. Works out for most people.
Shellbean00 1 points 9m ago
Plus, with the whole “sign up sheets” my old manager tried that and, oh look! No one signed up 😂
polarizedspaghetti 2 points 9m ago
Yes, most stores tell you when you’re hired too
Lauraj624 2 points 9m ago
Looks like a good system. At my store we have to choose the 2 holidays we would like to work, and only 1 store in town is open Christmas Day so that’s staffed with volunteers.
laughingashley 2 points 9m ago
At Disneyland, we were trained "we work while others play," because it used to be open every single day, and a lot of people wanted to be there on Christmas and stuff. We made that possible :)
Guests always thanked us for working on holidays. It was nice to get holiday-paid to be at Disneyland on a holiday lol My family was so far away, I'd have been at the Parks anyway!
sassybarista98 2 points 9m ago
I’m so glad I quit Starbucks is a shit show
ConductorMeaty 2 points 9m ago
i mean at least they're being courteous and letting you decide which ones you want to work instead of being forced
meegy123 2 points 9m ago
I don’t get it cause literally any of these days the world would survive without Starbucks. Like most people don’t go to Starbucks on holidays cause they want it to be open…. They go BECAUSE it’s open
Gameb0i6 2 points 9m ago
If no one wants to work those days then your store will
Be closed. That’s what my old manager told us
Rita_Rossweisse 2 points 9m ago
You should see my stores form. It demands that we have availability for at least 3 of the holidays. Not that we will be scheduled, but that we will be available for those days. Which sucks because 4 of those holidays i will be out of town, and there’s LITERALLY nothing I can do about it. 🙃
Key_Ad_24 2 points 9m ago
we would always do volunteer only on holidays
itachisbigbootygf 2 points 9m ago
Why starbucks doesn’t close on holidays is so buzzard to me. I understand it gets busy but that’s because it’s open, while other places aren’t 😭
Praxlyn 2 points 9m ago
Hey i actually like this a lot!
Dazzling_Pop_7073 2 points 9m ago
My manager doesn't force us to work any holiday, if he doesn't have the staff ... we close. How it should be
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 2 points 9m ago
Yeah the first manager I worked under, she always decided to either open the store I’d staffing was there or to close and let them be home if they wanted to be
Dazzling_Pop_7073 2 points 9m ago
It creates happier partners which results in happier costumers
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Yes and we need more managers like that but that’s just imo
TheFriendlyFeminist 2 points 9m ago
Take it from me, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day will 100% be the worst days to work.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Christmas Eve and NYE for me.
TheFriendlyFeminist 2 points 9m ago
You know what you’re so right NYE is way worse
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Last NYE, a customer argued with me and wouldn’t let up bc we closed at 7pm and it just turned 7pm and he bribed us with a ‘big tip’ like bro, our times have been up for weeks
andytheg 2 points 9m ago
I had a manager who did something very similar. I got the days off I wanted and worked the days I was happy working. We were a smaller store without a drive thru and not open on Xmas so I was sent somewhere else in the district to work that day. Everyone ended up relatively satisfied from what I can remember
SeparateAd3473 2 points 9m ago
We had a volunteer system where you could just write down your preferred holidays and time but we didn’t even have to volunteer. It’s time and a half on holidays so the manager just presented it as extra money. I always took New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day because I don’t really celebrate those days. I’ve worked thanksgiving before and that stinks.. you just roll into family dinner late. I’ve never worked on Christmas though. I don’t plan on ever working on Christmas. I work on my birthday but I’m not going in on Christmas.
KnightlyStars 2 points 9m ago
I WISH we had this
MakkawiGirl 2 points 9m ago
All of these days u r expected to open except for Christmas that’s a volunteer shift, stores are supposed to put up a sign in sheet so partners who want to work Christmas Day can write down what times they are available to work. Keep in mind that if there r not a lot of people that have signed up the district u r in will gather all partners and send them to whatever store that’s within that district
CoffeeDisorder 2 points 9m ago
My store had this
iStealSharpies 2 points 9m ago
My old SM used to do this and I think it’s a good way to give people their preferred holidays off. My new SM refuses to do this & last holidays were really bad with call outs. I personally really like this.
Sea-Target4590 2 points 9m ago
I'm wondering what the OP is concerned about?
kayden_kitsune 2 points 9m ago
Remember that 3, 4 and 5 will be viewed as exactly the same by a manager.
reinventella 2 points 9m ago
our store (uk) wasn't open christmas day but you had to chose between xmas eve/boxing day and nye/nyd
deesarrachi 2 points 9m ago
This is what my store's always done with xmas eve/boxing day/new year's eve/new year's day. (xmas day itself is volunteer-only, which I love) We're told to assume we'll be working at least two of those four and rank accordingly. I like it as a system, because it feels like a good balance between "the store needs to be staffed" and "we want to spend holidays with family".
rlogranite 2 points 9m ago
Generally, working on the holidays is time and a half as far as your hourly wage, and tips are much better. Also at my store tips given on holidays were only distributed to the partners that worked those holidays.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 2 points 9m ago
Yes I’ve heard that holidays tips are only supposed to be separated and only given out to people that do work that particular holiday, that it’s very important to make sure the shift on duty does do that. Yes I love working holidays bc of pay and I don’t do much those days so might as well.
Broad-Flounder-4971 2 points 9m ago
I’ll work all holidays but Christmas. Schedule me, idc. I won’t be coming in 😌
she_who_walks 2 points 9m ago
We do something similar, we all have to sign up for 3 out of 5 holidays, the other two being which ever you don’t want to work and the manager will do her best to accommodate everyone. Only difference is, my store is closed Christmas Day and I’ve always been told it is completely volunteer basis for that one.
canidieyet_ 2 points 9m ago
We have a volunteer sheet. My SM is requiring us to sign up for 3 days minimum, but we’ll close early on all the holidays. We also write in what shift we want (morning/mid/night) for that day. I signed up for all in the AM except Christmas—that’s pretty much the only holiday I get to spend time with my entire family
WateredDownLemonade 2 points 9m ago
We just don't open if there aren't enough people who want to work at my starbucks. Anyone who wants to work but our store is closed can work at another starbucks location. It's not that hard. Every time I see shit like this I realize how lucky I am. "Don't use all 1's" 🙄🙄🙄 i don't know why they even bother with this waste of form time if they don't want to know your answer
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 2 points 9m ago
Yes thank you! Last year my store didn’t open so I actively went to another store and worked christmas bc I’m the person that wants to work holidays lmao. Yeah like it should not be required to work holidays bc I do not see my family that often like many others. Yeah the don’t use all 1’s didn’t sit right with me bc some people and their families, certain holidays are V important and either way, the world will still moving so
champshere 2 points 9m ago
What if we all agreed to not show up 🤔
spicedtear 2 points 9m ago
my SM asks for volunteers first because some ppl for example me don’t have family/etc to celebrate with so dont mind working them all. after those people are scheduled there’s a sign up sheet like this
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
Yeah, I’ve mostly heard of people volunteering to work holidays and that’s how it was mostly done last year (under different management) but I also love working holidays so I gladly work any and all holidays I can.
Ok_Royal_4528 2 points 9m ago
My store just has the days on like a spreadsheet and depending on who's written their names on it is who works. We've closed around 2pm-4pm opened around 6am-8am
4filth 2 points 9m ago
this just made me realize my manager has not posted one yet…
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 1 points 9m ago
This just came out within the last couple of days so maybe it will soon for you
CamdenF 2 points 9m ago
This is how it’s been at every job I’ve every worked in the service industry.
peepeepoopaccount 2 points 9m ago
I wouldn’t mind working a few of these holidays if my family didn’t live 6 hours away lol.
Ajskdjurj 2 points 9m ago
My SM makes all 3 of the shifts work one holiday. The other two shifts just gave me news years eve and day since I have a toddler. For baristas my SM rotated them between all the holidays but we closed at 2 out by 3.
nickintheback08 2 points 9m ago
Seems like a good idea
smoolbeean 2 points 9m ago
i havent worked a store that hasnt done this.
distraughtcato 2 points 9m ago
This is exactly what my store did last year
Voxxyvoo 2 points 9m ago
now i feel kinda lucky. our store is closed by default with a sign up sheet for if you wanna work which holiday
Adventurous-Path-976 2 points 9m ago
We do sign-up sheets and if we don’t have enough coverage a few people are scheduled as per their normally scheduled hours
OneRoseDark 2 points 9m ago
at my location you have to sign up for at least 3 of the 5, but you won't necessarily have to work all 3. supervisors have to discuss and be considerate of each other so there is coverage.
Pheebers713 2 points 9m ago
My manager just hangs a sheet with Christmas, thanksgiving and New Year’s Day, and says pick at least two. The one you don’t pick your guaranteed to have off. Also she puts slots for your preferred time you’d like to work on said holiday.
Lcolecrochet 2 points 9m ago
So at my store we do it a little different. We post sign up sheets for each holiday and we write down which holidays we want to work and which day part. This ensures the store stays staffed with our own partners and people can coordinate their holiday plans around their shift. So like for me my Christmas is usually in the evening so I request a morning shift typically.
bisexualgirlboss [OP] 2 points 9m ago
Yeah last year under a different manager, she did that for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day I believe? We didn’t open Christmas Day but still got hours lmao
Hot-Independence8670 2 points 9m ago
my sm just put out the sign up sheet for us to fill out, i think it’s “recommended” that we sign up for 3 days but at the minimum it’s required that we all work at least one holiday. i personally think it’s pretty fair as we all knew when we applied to work here that sbux is open on holidays. i also like that they’re taking into consideration the other holidays that have already happened this year like labor day, 4th of july etc. so most people aren’t really “forced” to work so to say
IdoItForTheMemez 1 points 8m ago
Exact same thing we have at my Starbucks. They *can* require you to work some amount of holidays as a condition of employment, though you must also be paid time and a half on most of them.

This is pretty standard in service jobs, every one I've ever worked has been this way.
AZombieguy 1 points 9m ago
I think that the job outline specifically includes working holidays. It's an odd format, but it looks like the manager is making an actual effort to try and make the schedules around peoples preferences. At the end of the day we could all be "required" to work.
Velvet3535 1 points 9m ago
W.T.F.
neighborhoodswamphag 1 points 9m ago
a volunteer/sign up sheet is standard for the holidays. We’re open 365. The tips are sweet. I always volunteer to work Christmas
Professor_Sqi 1 points 9m ago
>working Christmas day

Lmao fuck no.

Unless you work for the emergency services, or are on standby/work for core supplies (water, gas, electric etc) and other core infrastructure there's no way in hell should you work Christmas day. Jesus christ. Ridiculous. People will not die, and profits won't suffer for closing for 1 damn day.
Professor_Sqi 2 points 9m ago
>don't put all 1s.
Fine. Every one except NYD will be marked as 1. That can be a 2.
caitlinskyy 1 points 9m ago
why would it not be lol
Marty_the_Smarty 1 points 9m ago
I kinda like this. You’re essentially signing up for 3, and 2 you’re saying no to. And the hours are reasonably reduced for the holidays. If everyone puts a 3 for Christmas Eve, a lot of baristas will be scheduled short shifts for that day.
PartlyCloudyKid 1 points 9m ago
I like working holidays, so this would be awesome for my store. There's literally only one day I want off, but since no one else wants to work any of them at all, I get stuck working the *one* I want off, and getting a random one off that I otherwise don't care about. I've tried to tell managers "hey, I'll work every holiday except this one, if that works for you" but by the time the holiday comes around, we have new management. I think a sheet like this would help.
