is anybody else having issues with their sm over hour averages? i’m in college taking 15 hours, and with my class schedule i’m only able to work three days a week. i have 18 hours open for my availability, but my manager only schedules me four AT MAX, but then gets onto me for not working 12 hours. is anybody else having issues with the whole 12 hour thing?

18 hours doesn’t even give your manager enough room to be able to schedule you in for 12 hours so it’s kind of a stupid rule. i mean 18 hours is only 6 hours a day for those 3 days you’re avail…

my manager schedules us all 4-6 hour shifts, SOMETIMES an 8 hour

I believe that it’s the manager’s responsibility to schedule you at least 12 hours, but if you call out /give up shifts and fall below that 12 hours, that’s on you.

see that’s the thing, i show up for every shift i’m scheduled for, but my manager still only schedules me four hours a week

I would ask your manager or reach out to your dm if you can’t find out. This policy is resulting in auto-separations, so I would get it figured out asap
