Still got to do my sign off, but I've been told that they only expect it from non coffee masters. But we're a franchise store so could be just us.

In person, then yes. I had to do a coffee tasting. Have your coffee, pairing, coffee fact sheet, make it look cute and have a little story as to why you chose it and all that jazz.
