So there was a couple in the drive thru who ordered two frappuchinos, and after I handed one out they told me that they also had a mobile order. I found their mobile order while their second frappuchino was being finished, and it turns out they just placed it in line. As I handed out their second frappuchino, I asked them if they just placed the order, and they said yes. I then asked them to place mobile orders before they get here so that we have enough time to make their drink before they get to the store. The couple asked for my name and I did give it to them, but I'm wondering if I really needed to or had to.
