Anniversary Bean Stock Clarification (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi fellow partners, I need help answering a question: do we get awarded stock each year on our work anniversary?
As a six year partner, I thought I was awarded a share for each year I worked with the company. And, this month, I was granted 2 shares on my work-versary, October 1, 2022. However, I was expecting 6 shares. Does anyone have clarification on how stock is awarded?
I called partner resource center AND spoke with a Fidelity representative, but both were unable to answer my question. I know we are awarded stock each November, but this is separate to reward consecutive years with the company.

I’ve heard of it, I know it starts after year 5 I believe you’d be owed 5 stocks

I’ve never heard of a work anniversary stock benefit and I’ve read the benefits guide like a dozen times lol.
