I understand that it’s against health code, but how do you plan on proving that they aren’t their natural nails unless they admit it? I just don’t see what will/can be done about “natural looking” nails.

even if they weren’t acrylics and they never admit to them being acrylics they still should not have the nude nail polish on which is more obvious that it isn’t natural. I guess the way i would go about it is the whatever method i think it’s called the what what why? idk the one where you basically said “Hey i noticed that you have nude nail polish on your fingernails, the standard is that we are not allowed to serve food with any nail coverings whether that is polish gel or acrylics because it’s a health code violation in which our store and the company could get in a lot of trouble for if a DM came in or a customer had an issue with it” That’s how i would go about it keep it professional since really that is just what is the standard and why it’s not like it would be mean to say that. If you’re not a shift and don’t feel comfortable talking about it with the transfer i’d say to use the same model with your SM or a shift but obviously they should know the standards better so you could just say “Hey i noticed this about ______ i know that someone should speak up about it because the standard is blah blah blah and the reason is blah blah blah but unfortunately i just feel a little uncomfortable with the confrontation of it” it’ll be breezy. I had to have the same conversation with someone recently and i also had to have this talk when i was a green bean because i honestly just didn’t know. Hope this helps! sorry if there’s typos i’m lazy
