I feel this. We have a partner like that. But he’s high functioning and I’ve seen him work hard and did a good job when he has to. But when it’s not peak he just stands in the way and doesn’t do anything.

I honestly don’t know. I’m a shift and I’ve had multiple conversations with him and other shifts/SM to figure it out. As of right now we can’t do anything cause there’s not a reasonable excuse.

If it’s inappropriate or demeanor in anyway you can file a complaint on the Anonymous hotline to report for HR to investigate the situation. I’ve seen people get fired for less.

You can say something without mentioning their autism. I would pull them to the side and politely make them aware of their actions. That’s just what I would do though
