I feel this. We have a partner like that. But he’s high functioning and I’ve seen him work hard and did a good job when he has to. But when it’s not peak he just stands in the way and doesn’t do anything.

This one really works hard too, same issue. It's just like HOW DO YOU SAY THIS SHIT AND YOU'RE STILL HERE?? I'm hoping an SM or someone with a lot of experience with the ethics and compliance hotline can explain how they're still here???

I honestly don’t know. I’m a shift and I’ve had multiple conversations with him and other shifts/SM to figure it out. As of right now we can’t do anything cause there’s not a reasonable excuse.

If it’s inappropriate or demeanor in anyway you can file a complaint on the Anonymous hotline to report for HR to investigate the situation. I’ve seen people get fired for less.

You can say something without mentioning their autism. I would pull them to the side and politely make them aware of their actions. That’s just what I would do though
