Yelling in Spanish usually doesn't help...just saying

On the flip side what are your strongest traits, what are your weakest?

I'm very good with de-escalation. My baristas currently feel comfortable talking to me about problems with each other, management, etc and I've been able to help work those issues out. I can easily pick up others strengths and weaknesses, run a play with everyone in the ifeal spots to achieve goals, and identify and encourage partners that want to grow. I'm very passionate about the 3rd place and making sure everyone feels welcome.
I really just lack the confidence to coach people, it intimidates me but I've been trying to grow more on that. I also have a hard time motivating the team to want to pursue goals if my other SSV's aren't also encouraging them.

Maybe it's because I'm all fire signs, but om pretty direct in what I want.
Our dt time isn't working? We're changing the play, a narista doesn't want to get moved of bar, then you gotta work with me to being down the time otherwise We're changing it up in 15 mins if I don't see We're trending down in time.
We got alot of banana bread that goes out tonight? My dt partner needs to upsell. You don't know how to? Here let me show you how I'd do it.

Setting goals and expectations for your partners each shift helps. Coach your baristas and bring them along with you in the process of change.
