I am so sick of constant outages.. I get it I get it covid stopped suppliers from this and that blah blah blah but my store has been out of brown sugar for 2 weeks, pumpkin for one, strawberry purée for 2 months, peach juice every so other week, liquid cane for a week, we just got classic after a week of being out yesterday and it just goes on and on and then to make things worse my store along with local store orders were missing items or got items they didn’t order… it’s just been a huge mess especially for being a super busy/major location I’m so annoyed with being verbally abused by customers for telling them we’re out of things.

Same here! And customers act like we’re trying to gatekeep them or something. Yelling at me about how we should order more and don’t believe me when I say we aren’t getting any of the ones we ordered.

I really want to know what’s going on. I’m ready to sell my stock , the ingredient outages and the quality control are complete failures half the time, I saw a double smoked bacon with no bacon on a post today!! No white mocha? No brown sugar ?

We got 6 cases of vanilla we ordered one. Also got 9 cases of soy and almond no coconut or oat (the main ones we use)
We traded with another store who got 12 cases of oat and only that

We've been out of a lot of stuff but ended up getting an ungodly amount of heavy cream. Like just so much.

At this point, customers regularly expect us to be out of lemonade and peach juice, because we so often are. It doesn’t typically last for long (our outage) but it’s a recurring issue 🫠

Wait...is peach juice not seasonal? We literally havent had it in 2 months and we thought it was bc it was a summer season flavor. You guys actually have peach juice?????????
