So I wasn’t going to post this here because I was scared something would happen. Or this post would backfire. But basically we’ve had a problem with a certain customer for about a year now, and we’ve filed many complaints against this person. Not only are they rude and misogynistic, but theyve done things to cause harm to our partners. Everyone is scared of them and we’re tired of dealing with them. It took months for our complaints to be recognized. Our SM had to have a talk with them and tell them if they don’t follow our policies they will be banned. And since then they still come by regularly but they don’t say anything anymore. We make their drink fast and don’t speak to them but there has to be more we can do? I’m waiting on them to blow up and something bad happen but it feels wrong that they got a slap on the wrist…
