2 weeks notice is a courtesy, not a requirement. If you are burned out and dread work, just quit

Just quit. You’re still green, you won’t be letting anyone down. You’re also already calling out a lot anyway.it’s not working out, it’s not anyone’s fault, but it’s better to end it sooner than later.

Im going to go against the grain here and say 2 weeks. Starbucks the company may not deserve it, but your coworkers do.
Quitting without notice would make your coworkers’ jobs even more stressful, since they’d be down a person on the floor for the next two weeks.
Also, if there’s even the tiniest chance you may want to work at Starbucks again at some point in the future, putting in your two weeks keeps that door open. If you quit without notice, they’ll blacklist you as not rehireable.

If your store manager was cool to you, be cool to them and try to get coverage for the shifts you are on the schedule before you bail.

You’re already screwing them over by calling out. Don’t lie to yourself and say you’ll go to all your remaining scheduled shifts. If they gotta get those covered or be down a partner let them know now.

If you quit without notice and someone asks Starbucks how you were as an employee they’ll say you quit without notice. Because you quit without notice. If you think future potential employers won’t mind that, that’s your bet to place.
