Just some background I have been a partner for over a year, and full time student. Last summer I was working 40+ hours and picking up shifts when people were sick. Then school started and I started working less but always helped out when I could. Then this summer I moved stores and continued to work 40 hours a week and ended up becoming a bt. My "home store" used to love me and always have my back. Well when I got back we had a new SM and we do not get along. Scheduling has been such an issue because she would give me 30 hour weeks when I am a full time student and I'm in a sport. So I changed my availability and then it got worse. She started giving me less then the required hours with 11.75 hour weeks. When she had been requiring minimum of 12 hour weeks. I just don’t understand the petty level of giving me 15 less minutes so I could meet the minimum? I honestly hate everything about starbucks now. I miss how we used to be.
