I'm not sure if it is in effect yet but there has been some changes of a barista working for a certain amount of time before being eligible for a transfer. If you are trying to transfer and are worried about this I would reach out to your DM explain what other barista's have told you, and ask for assistance. The baristas who were present when that happened ideally would have reported to the ethics line but we all know that can be shoddy.

This happened to me. I’m back with the company now but years ago, whoever wanna transfer, that btch of a sm would start giving warnings and do things for u to get warnings like not scheduling u enough hrs so u had to pick up shifts that people don’t wanna do. Clopen, clopen, late. Some sm would also red flag u so it’s very hard for u to be rehired, almost impossible unless u know someone. Because I kept reporting her, she was not able to red flag me—either she didn’t know or she was being clocked herself. She got fired years later.
