It's just defrosting all freezers routinely do this to avoid ice buildups and regulate temperature.

the fridges at my other job do this when the temp gets too cold and it has to defrost. could be that but I would check w your SM or try to look it up

i would check your temp log (if you guys use the new digital temp system) to see if it says anything about your fridge being too warm. also using the thermometer that we do receiving food items with can be very helpful to determine whether your food/milk is still good! if it’s fine, i wouldn’t worry too much about it and continue to check every hour or two!

That’s normal. It is defrosting. Every freezer does that even at home
