Do you guys think we will ever get that? It's getting to the point where I almost can't afford to work at the bux lol I used to get 300 to 400 extra a paycheck with tips when I worked at a dispo. If I could get that much extra in tips I would just stay working here.

At my store we’ve had to stop handling any cards at the drive thru window in preparation for CC tips (we have to let them enter in their cards themselves and just hand them the reader)

we’ve done the “let the customer insert their own card” thing at my store too in preparation for cc tips - having them do something is less awkward than “would you like to leave a tip today?” conversations

Also I can forsee partners not being comfortable asking (which, I do understand) and therefore us missing out on tips while those partners are on window.

They’re going to start rolling out next month and it’s going to be completely rolled out to everyone by the end of the year - it was in either last week’s or 2-weeks-ago’s weekly update!
