Next Thursday im going to my districts developement day for becoming a shift and im honestly super nervous. I know I've improved even just in the last month of knowing this was going to happen. Im just scared ill say the wrong thing or they'll ask me a question I don't know the answer too. Anyone have any advice?

If it’s the “Give and Grow,” honestly mine was a complete waste of time. Nothing but DMs giving us corporate catch-phrases, people explaining the different benefits that Sbux requires and requiring us to sign up for partner networks.
