Omg I forgot we do travelers. I'm at a liscensed store so obviously it's not ordered that often, or ever, but just so ik (in case someone for some reason wants a kroger starbucks coffee traveler) how do we make them. Like is just one regular batch of coffee for the urns, and how do we get them into the traveler. I'm also still a lil new so any help for a traveler is appreciated

hello! Yes travelers are a full batch, then after you fold the traveler you have to just hold the mouth up to the spout of the urn and fill it. Then idk if you guys have them but we have carriers that attach to the traveler to hold 12 short cups, a tall cup of cream, and then I usually put a handful of sugars inside a pasty bag as well.
As far as cups, cream, and sugar, I’ve have people tell me different things so the standard might differ.

Thank you so much that all makes so much sense now, cause ive seen the travelers we have (just in case) but that just explains a lot. Also you are right, I checked the app, it is 12 short cups. Which coupd also be 8 tall cups but still, again, thanks ao much!
