I showed up to work on Tuesday and couldn't clock in, couldn't assign a register and couldn't log into the partner hub. Come to find out my manager went to terminate someone who quit on Monday and accidentally terminated me instead. After panicking for about a day because I was worried that I'd lose all my sick pay and 6yr partner status(getting stock bonuses and what not), I finally got ahold of my DM and she said she can reverse it for me. I'm pretty lenient when it comes to newish managers learning how to do stuff, but holy crap I feel like this is pretty bad. I can't even get my food markets or drinks. Spotify quit working and I got my final paycheck yesterday with all my vacation pay and they've gotta figure out how to get that back so I can have my hours restored. I was gonna do a headspace meditation to calm myself down in the midst of this, but nope that was cancelled too lol.
Update: the reversal was submitted on Thursday. Friday I was able to use my partner numbers to mark out food, but still couldn't clock in or assign a till. I'm still waiting to see what happens with my vacation hours though.

Document everything. Hopefully you can get everything back, but in the case that you get screwed over make sure to keep track of who's said what, when things happened, and if you can log in and get your last paystub to show how many sick and vacation hours you have, save or print it. Good luck though, I'm sorry that happened

So, I actually did this accidentally when I was a new SM. Everything was reversed within a few days. Don’t spend that vacation money. I caught my mistake immediately so it didn’t get as far as yours, but it was a quick process with the DM to reverse. Unfortunately, the way partner central is laid out, it is hard to see the name once you click it to process separation. In my case, I had 3 Melissa’s and 2 melissa c.’s. Try not to panic because it will be ok if the DM is already on it.

That seems like something that should be a priority to re-engineer like when you cancel Netflix and it asks you 4x if you're sure; there should def be some kind of confirmation like "are you suuuuurrrreeee you want to terminate Melissa C , partner #: 141*****?

It sounds like the most complicated part of this will be the vacation hours/pay aspect. Everything else should be able to go back to normal like it never happened, within a day or two. Just make sure not to spend any of the money from the vacation pay - I’m guessing they’ll just reverse the direct deposit, then reinstate your vacation hours, but they might also solve it by deducting the amount from your next paycheck - either way you’ll want that money to stay untouched!

Document, document, document. I was accidentally terminated instead of transferred when I moved to the roastery and we’re still trying to straighten everything out, and it’s been quite some time. Make sure you’re keeping in touch with your DM, etc.
