Union barista here. No unionized stores will see union-related wage increases until contracts are in force, which isn’t the case yet for any US stores. My store did get the same increase that non-union stores received in August.

So far Starbucks hasn’t announced plans for a New Year’s raise for anyone, union or not. They probably won’t give a raise then because of the recent August raises. The same thing happened last year. They are likely to attempt to withhold further raises from union stores, although the federal government is on the union’s side in the matter and the case is moving through the court system.
