Sorry to be an asshole, if it is a delivery, get ready to get a callback because the water got spilled on the brownie.
Source: experience. I ordered strawberry acai and coue of brownies on UberEATS, the drink was spilled on to the brownie and both are a waste of money. Luckily the store helped me with replacement and I went and picked up this time. 😂.

If I’m being honest, Starbucks delivery is like the weirdest thing to exist. Drivers come back all the time because they’re careless with the bags and spill it all over !
But the driver that picked this delivery up is a regular who Im friendly with. They also approved of my “prank”. I trust them to have delivered a dry package :)

I drive for UberEats and sweet holy God is it hard to keep Starbucks drinks upright when driving. Even when they're packed just right, the cups are slightly top heavy. And if they only order one drink then the whole bag gets weighted on one side. I drive Starbucks with one hand on the bag the entire time.

I could counter that by saying if you chose to have someone deliver your food when you’re capable of picking it up yourself you assume the risk that anything could happen to your order. Food rarely tastes as good when it’s delivered as when you get it fresh in store.

the store i was at would occasionally have mobile orders from a guy named "jim." he would order 1 cheesestick. one morning he ordered the cheesestick, it sat there all day, then he ordered a second one in the afternoon. he never came to pick up either of them. i wonder what jim's up to these days.

I laughed out loud, this is awesome especially since I had an Uber driver call the store and bitch me out over an order going out incompletely. It wasn't even our store😡.
She was trying to get I our lobby bar person in trouble for telling her the order was correct and I am all, sorry random Uber driver, I have no f's to give and sounds like a personal problem, but thanks for calling and yelling at me during Peak.....
