I requested and got accepted my availability to be changed to right at close (I wanted 30m before but it’s fine). Well I was scheduled 30m after close. Annoying, but I guess I’ll ignore it. I’m home late tonight and then I check my schedule for tomorrow. 3:30am open. Great here comes 3 hours of sleep. Why does my manager hate me all of a sudden?

It’s against policy to schedule less than 8hrs between shifts… it’s printed right on the schedule poster. I’d call partner resources or maybe your DM if your manager isn’t open to having a conversation about that kind of schedule violation

Depending on the state illegal too. I know most states require at least 8 hours between scheduled shifts.

I dont even know how they managed that. When putting in schedules the program literally tells us no. “You cant schedule less than 8 hours between shifts.” But yeah id make sure to have a conversation with your manager about it.

How recent did you get the change? Cause the newest schedules would be the ones to look at. But still that’s sucky. :(
