My first coffee tasting! (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m doing my first ever coffee tasting with my DM this Tuesday! I’m choosing Casi Cielo because it’s my favorite. Any suggestions for pairings? I am super nervous so any advice/suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

I just did a coffee tasting with Casi Cielo during my training this week and we paired it with the cinnamon coffee cake!

Chocolate covered almonds! They’re the best wash tasting with most things! I’ve also done comparing how it tastes with a brownie vs a lemon loaf. I also have made it iced with mocha sweet cream foam on top. Casi cielo is my favorite coffee for tastings!
