I posted this in the Starbucks Subreddit but thought to post it here aswell…
I know it's a lot to ask... but how does coffee masters work start to finish? do you have to be a certain age? do you have to already have an ASU account? do you to do a lot to earn one? is it off clock? I'm very interested but i don't any of the info and my SM is never in to ask and the shifts don't know what it is either. please help!

My manager just had me turn in my coffee passport with all the core coffees filled out and he assigned me the training for it. I think it was 12 hours of training over the computer and you'll be paid for it. Depending on your stores labor only a few people can go through the course per quarter
