I was hired at the brand new store in my small home town. From the very beginning there were problems from the IT end in the hiring process. I set my account up and it kept telling me my username and password were wrong. But they wouldn't send me an email to change my password no matter how many times I clicked the link to change it.
I downloaded the app, and it still would not accept my password. I called tech support and talked to them for 30 minutes and they couldn't figure it out. Tonight I tried again, and called tech support again. Still they can't resolve the issues. They didn't pay me for my first week because of all the IT problems. I'm currently in nursing school, and I'm having more stress trying to set up my work schedule than I do with school. It's just not worth it
