if you have to buy milk from a grocery store, do you count it in your milk count? or exclude it? can someone show me the standard lol

We had this debate with my DM when I was completing my SM training. The answer I received was you are supposed to mark-in any milk you buy so it is part of your inventory, so yes you would count it in milk count.

Now that you've said this, I can see that it's obviously the correct answer, eliminates all the problems. But in 10 years, 7 stores, 10 managers, and 7 DMs, no one has ever suggested this to me until right now on reddit.

You should include it in your milk count so you have accurate numbers for milk usage.
