Many things wrong with this. Fraps can’t go in trenta cups, you can give them a Trenta cup but you can’t put the frap in there. Your store numbers are showing and the 27th was a Saturday.

My store will do whatever the customer asks for cup sizes - prioritizing customer satisfaction vs standard practice - small town, old people that think customer is always right.

I get you wanna give the customer what they want but you really shouldn’t be doing that. Because then the customer comes to another store that follows standards and throws a tantrum because “the other Starbucks did it for me”. Don’t make it harder on your fellow partners

I've brought it up with my manager several times already. I've been threatened with insubordination. I need this job. I've had the exact same argument several times - but im a new partner, and im already about to lose this job because I have autism and adhd - and while im fantastic with customers, my partners don't want me here. I cannot afford to rock the boat.
