Customers will always ask you to “remake it” because “it tastes weird” and then they’ll walk away all pissy and say the drink is better now even though you made it the exact same way. Don’t let it get to you and know that you’re doing a great job :) Starbucks Karens are really something else.

On the drink side, getting GOOD cappuccino foam can be hard on the steamers sometimes so take extra long to foam that milk haha.

As a Tarbucks employee let me tell you if you have staff that’s great we are understaffed at mine even though I’ve been telling them for months that we need to get the staff trained before season otherwise nobody wants to stay and work. We are being promised to new team members within the next two weeks. So I mean depending on the area you live in you’re gonna get different people as long as you have staff you should be fine honestly if people make comments about the long line or why is taking so long like ma’am you chose to get in a line people order 80 tick-tock drinks I’m tired of making pumpkin cream cold foam even though it’s delicious I’m tired of making it on every other drink but if you have worked regular Starbucks I’m sure you do fine
