i’ve had to file so many incident reports lately why is everyone so angry 💔💔💔

I feel you on that... and then I start to fumble with making drinks and just wanna go in the back for a good cry

Sidenote I always thought about getting a dumb starbucks apron or visor and just wait to see how long it takes for someone to say something lol

HAJAHA me today when i opened the window sobbing like “ur total is 14.56…i’m doing great thanks for asking 😭😭😭” i got so many pity tips lmao
nathanwp07 23 points 9m ago
Yep and the fact that the person who verbally assaulted you is STILL IN the store bc you only took their order on front...💀
crowhusband 18 points 9m ago
tips going up, not because my customer service is great, but because im crying and they feel bad after watching me get screamed at by someone who had to wait a whole two minutes for coffee

This is so infuriating. I will never understand how people can be so awful to others over the smallest things! I'm so sorry you have to put up with the overreactions of dumb adult sized children.

I wonder if dumb Starbucks employees had to make customer connections during peak 💔
Craftyallthetime 9 points 9m ago
Also, when you only have 2 people to open, and a maximum of 5 (including two trainees).

I mean we rocked with what we had, but it is damn draining emotionally. I’m just glad that my store leadership are good people and in the trenches with everyone else.

when a customer is like you’re doing great and i’m like 😭😭😭

I walked out because of that - a guy went crazy on me grabbing at my apron threatening me just went off and my SSV got nervous and went to the back, and this guy was allowed to continue to be served in cafe. I wasn’t even pulled off POS so there was a cafe full of customers standing there shocked asking if I’m ok when I was so uncomfortable.
It’s not right that they give no support and no proper training for all employees (not just management) on what we are allowed to do/say or any type of standard of what we need to do in these moments… “get your SSV or manager” is not sufficient. They know it happens so why are they not addressing it?

There is proper training for everybody. There is a new craft-connect program in Barista 30 training module. Your SSV should have nipped it in the bud. They were wrong to go to the back of the store. They should have said , I’m sorry, but unless you can calm down and speak respectfully to my Partner, you’ll have to leave the store. Our Company doesn’t tolerate this behavior.
