Hi! Just got promoted to shift lead:) that’s nice. Expected to make more like everyone else. Two dollar pay increase is nice, only to find out I will be getting that hourly wage on shifts I’m a supervisor on. Is this even normal?? Every other supervisor gets paid an amount flat, even when they aren’t that supervisor for the shift. Kinda feels like a slap in the face. Got roped in with the pay increase as a struggling college student.
