Yeah the difference between what I like about working there and what can improve is vast. I literally wrote that Starbucks hasn’t done one thing that actual partners need them to do to make our jobs better

Not sure if it was just my district, but our DM made it mandatory for us. Cut to yesterday and my manager tells me we did not perform well at all, as a district, and i said "Did you think partners would enjoy being forced to quantify their misery?"

I was pretty honest in mine. More dissing corporate overall. My actual SM is pretty helpful and has had my back in difficult customer situations on many occasions. A rare breed for sure. But corporate is the least helpful overall 🥰
