And the souls of the damned!

those are just our own souls-

I believe this happens if they go to modify it but then just change it back to the normal ingredients
yirium 22 points 8m ago
My favorite way to handle this is to make them feel stupid when they come in while pretending like I just really care. “These are just the normal ingredients in this drink, did you actually want something else? I want to make sure you get what you wanted!”
gabsh1515 9 points 8m ago
this is so mean for no reason 🫠
yirium 3 points 8m ago
I mean no harm no foul 🤷‍♀️
laughingashley 6 points 8m ago
>I make them feel stupid

No harm, you say?

To shreds, you say?

Wait it’s actually called Pink Drink where you are? For us it’s just Strawberry Coconut lol
broe071 [OP] 9 points 8m ago
Yeah it's always been pink drink for me! Where are you located?
canadianhorror 14 points 8m ago
Bizarre. I’m in Canada! The Pink Drink to me was a “secret menu” berry hibiscus/coconut milk beverage like, 5 or so years ago. Or the utterly cursed Passion Tea with heavy cream 🤮
broe071 [OP] 13 points 8m ago
The passion tea with heavy cream is often called the "keto" pink drink here. It sounds horrid lmao
canadianhorror 7 points 8m ago
It instantly curdles the cream 🥲 disgusting
moritz-stiefel 8 points 8m ago
That's so funny. In the States, the Pink Drink was originally a secret menu item, but it was so popular they added it to the menu and gave us a button for it. Our berry hibiscus/coconut milk beverage was called the Violet Drink.

What do yall call the MDR/coconut milk and PPR/coconut milk drinks? I've always known them respectively as the Dragon Drink and Paradise Drink.
kansias 7 points 8m ago
it's weird because in canada we call those the dragon drink and the paradise drink. the hibiscus + coconut milk was called the violet drink. but pink drink has to be strawberry coconut lol
Vegan_Sweetie 9 points 8m ago
Drinks like that feel like they’re mansplaining the drink to me.
Forgettable_Man 4 points 8m ago
i had a venti psl w/ steamed milk in a venti cup and pumpkin sauce
broe071 [OP] 1 points 8m ago
Damn. They forgot to add double with whip and pumpkin topping.

Had a customer last night order a few drinks, one of which was a small pineapple refresher, at dt and when I asked if everything on the screen was correct he replied “I said a small, not a tall.”

🫠…so I went “im sorry, a tall is a small,” and he replied “no, that’s a large” and I just told him to drive up to the window
Elyse-notFrances 2 points 8m ago
Or the strawberry açaí lemonade no lemonade 😭
renjaminbutton 2 points 8m ago
My pet peeve is saying the same cup size as they ordered. Like… yes obviously 🙄
miniinovaa 2 points 8m ago
Bahahah it cracks me up when they do that lol
