Had this lady come to our store and said she talked to someone about her replacement drink because we made her drink wrong. No problem I ask what her drink was and when did she call. She then goes on to say she didn’t remember but she wanted us to remake her STRAWBERRY. BANANA. PROTEIN. SMOOTHIE. So I’m asking her are you sure it’s not a strawberry frap she then says no. So I said just wait a sec while I see if any of my other shifts knew anything about this. And she then goes and says well can you start making it because she left her kids in the car and it’s rude that I’m making her wait. I laughed about that whole interaction for the rest of the night.

Lmao shes really tryna scam for a free drink. She figures the method of "i left my kids in the car and im in a hurry" will get u guys confused and flustered and to comply. But little does she know..starbucks doesnt carry that anymore...for years now

I can 100% confirm that we had Vivianno Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothies that we stopped making in either 2010 or 2011. She must be a time traveler.

I have no idea I didn’t even know we had that kind of drinks. The only thing I kinda remember was this peanut butter protein drink? Honestly I’m not to sure. I even grabbed one of those Peter rabbit strawberry banana applesauces. I really tried to help her lol

We haven’t had strawberry pureee in 2 weeks!!! Lol that’s why I found it weird because she swore she got her drink on Tuesday lol

Did she mean at one of the licensed stores? I haven’t work at one for 4-5 years ago before I came to corporate Starbucks so I don’t know if they got rid of their smoothies
