Yes. Holy fuck, it’s so bad at my store. And the district manager is coming tomorrow, so yk… lol. My manager put apple cider vinegar mixed with dish soap in the case and around the bar and it helped a lot. There weren’t any fruit flies for the rest of the day while I was there after that. Would definitely recommend trying that. Definitely give the place a good cleaning first tho

how often do u guys do drains? ours tend to get bad when drains get bad. as its getting colder its gotten sm better tho

def take apart the bar and make sure there's no liquid pooling anywhere! my last few stores have been new and no one knew the refresher shelves and cold bar powders were 2 pieces. that grape juice was fermenting lol

Oop we just got ants in our refreshers rn 💀💀💀💀 have put in maintenance requests daily for the past month

my old store had them super bad because night crew never cleaned drains (so it also always smelled like rotten milk). we also didn’t have a working AC so all the flies would hang out by the inclusions. after a while we just have to put saran wrap over the inclusion and powder containers to keep them out.
