My manager denied my vacation time even though I would only be missing one day I normally work and told me I can’t take time off for vacation unless I have enough vacation time saved up to cover it. I’m 99% sure that’s not true but I can’t find anything online to prove or disprove her, does anyone know if that’s true/where it says so in writing? Thanks in advance.

you can request any time off unpaid but it’s just a request /: if you meant paid vacation you don’t start accumulating that until after a year of working
