If you don’t know something, don’t be afraid to admit that. The most important thing is knowing how/where to find the answer, which is one of the most important things to pass on to the barista. So many baristas that have been with the company for *years* still don’t know how to find the beverage resource manual, the SCEMM, health and safety information, etc.
