I want to find the individual responsibile for making our Sriracha.(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by TheWheelZee
And ask them if they've ever actually tasted sriracha. This shit is like strawberry jam, I have to double check to make sure I didn't get ketchup every time!

is it bad? yes.
do i still drown all of our nasty food in it to scarf down SOMETHING on my breaks? absolutely i do.

What I do to make one thing more barrable (only if I'm making it) is take a double smoke bacon put the bacon in a short cup with the brown sugar from the oatmeals and shake it and put the bacon back in the sandwich. Then pour the "sriracha" under the cheese. After i cook it open face on two.

It’s white people Sriracha
witcheselementality55 points8m ago
As a white person who gets our Sriracha on everything and has never had real Sriracha, I hate how true this probably is
neilgreenbreen34 points8m ago
Real sriracha isn’t even that hot tbh but it’s actually a complex flavor with depth. Not whatever it is we sell
sublevel00932 points8m ago
So is the "guacamole" spread.
neilgreenbreen30 points8m ago
plainest, least flavorful guac ever made. It’s like green wood pulp
MrsClaireUnderwood21 points8m ago
But still the most flavorful thing there.
thebestdaysofmyflerm2 points8m ago
I won't stand for this Everything Bagel slander.
sublevel00914 points8m ago
It's like someone decided garlic was the only flavor that existed. Fuck it, that's mexican enough 🤮
Magnumxl7111 points8m ago
I've never seen anyone order it
violaaesthetic4 points8m ago
I live in the Southwest, and people get that here. They just don’t call it guac. It’s avocado spread. It doesn’t pretend to be guacamole and nobody here treats it that way. I feel like the avocado spread is a different thing than the Sriracha, which we do label as and refer to as sriracha
sublevel0092 points8m ago
Call it whatever ya like. Still tastes like gentrification
zss3zss3zss353 points8m ago
i kinda like it tbh. also convenient it comes in packets so i can hoard it
elinor43514 points8m ago
fr tho i think it’s tasty 😭😂
SNES18240 points8m ago
I like it, actually. I also like real sriracha. You can’t do any of the wraps without it. Probably less spicy to be more palatable for SB customers.
amassofworms22 points8m ago
I like the sweetness of it. It’s not sriracha sure, maybe it should have another name
Cust_service_voice12 points8m ago
Wait….You have sriracha?!
nickintheback087 points8m ago
I..think it’s pretty good
theepi_pillodu5 points8m ago
Well, these corporations spend millions of dollars on R&D to make it taste good with specific food. Like whatever is missing there in their food would be available here in this sauce.
For instance, taco bell fire sauce is the bomb for taco bell food only. I tried using that sauce for my own homemade sandwiches or wraps or even store bought frozen ones and the taste sucks.
Same with Chick-fil-A or burger king hot sauce, they don't go well with other homemade foods IMO.
lmcclel2 points8m ago
I realized this with McDonald's BBQ sauce... It's amazing on McNuggets; on any non-McD's chicken it is just gross.
StellarOdyssey965 points8m ago
I like it better than real sriracha. And after years of eating the same food items I smother everything in it to keep things exciting lol
the1noir3 points8m ago
Y’all tripping, Starbucks siracha is good af
xylophonezygote3 points8m ago

yes! we finally got it back and it’s so much sweeter i swear. or the break made me realize it wasn’t as good as regular sriracha 😭
neighborhoodswamphag1 points8m ago
Lol we don’t even sell ketchup🤣
-Zispy1 points8m ago
This is true. However I love our sriracha and wish I could buy less spicy sriracha because I love the flavor but can't do the spiciness because of stomach problems :(
