This is correct. I think people often get confused/miscommunications happen because espresso fraps get 1 shot at every size.

well, here is a six digit partner, who has done 1/2/2 since they did away with decaf frap base, so forever.

was browsing the beverage resources on the iPad because you ALWAYS learn something new from there. Always shocking how you've made something wrong for so friggin long.

go to the iPad, there is a resource section on beverage building. it has an excel sheet layout that has every shot, pump and basic info that they never bother to put anyplace else that would be helpful....

just wish it popped up when you rang up the drink how it tells you how many pumps of whatever to add.

No, I’m not at work rn lol. But that’s what I’ve always been told because it’s a shot on top of more coffee, like the frap roast. If it’s decaf then you wouldn’t put in the frap roast, which is why it’s a dif amount of shots for dif sizes. That way the coffee to milk ratio stays the same

It’s 1,2,3 decaf shots if your substituting it for frap roast to make a decaf frap, for espresso fraps it’s 1,1,1 no matter the size, I looked it up sometime this year to show a coworker in the partner hub but I’m sure you can find it in the store resources app maybe under the beverage resource manual or something

Make sure to always use cream base with decaf frapps, as the coffee base is also caffinated! In the future frap roast and coffee base will be premixed, but that’s when stores get their updates to cold bar in like 5 years.

I know we definitely charge them per shot but I think you just say decaf on the drink (like a “CRCF Decaf” instead of decaf frap, dark caramel, whip bottom,
Carmel drizzle, Carmel crunch toppings).

We don't charge for the decaf shots because they're just substituting it for frap roast. If they want extra shots then you charge for those.

I don't know anything about the new computers, but just pushing the decaf button means that the recipe is changed from 2/3/4 pumps fr to 1/2/3 shots. If you start typing in the shots into the computer system, it will charge for them because it registers that as extra shots.
