There are so many interpretations of this question.
1) Are there going to be holiday-themed paper cups in which we serve drinks?
Yes.
2) Are there going to be the mythical Red Shitty Plastic Cups that we give out for free?
Yes.
3) Are there going to be fancy $20 holiday design tumblers and stuff that will sell out to scalpers instantaneously?
Yes.
Also, all of these things happened last year, so I don't know what your store would not have received to make this a question.

Last year some stores didn’t get the shitty plastic red cups because of supply chain Issues. So no, not all of these things happened last year.

then yes! my store has received shipments of holiday hot cups already, and we've confirmed that there are not holiday designs for cold cups this year, again.
