My SSV interview was over 2 years ago, so I don’t remember it that well. I do remember it being pretty much identical to my hiring interview, with the exception of asking how you actively apply yourself rather than how would you apply yourself. Just be open and honest. It also never hurts to milk what Starbucks means to you and customer connections you have made, managers love that sort of thing!
