i mean this in the least rude way i possible can, but you probably will. and that’s okay. i’ve been here for two years and it never gets easier seeing my neurodivergent coworkers be expected to work at a neurotypical pace. the best advice i can give is speak up for yourself and point out anybody’s problems to your management team. they will take steps to speak with these people about the issues you face at work and bring to your fellow partners attention that you are not expected nor capable of certain things they are. don’t be afraid to ask for help either 🙂(also you aren’t required to wear a headset unless you’re on DTO) you can do it babe

Your coworkers will understand and if they don’t understand and are mean remember that it’s just the stress of the rush and not a big deal. You’ll get it with time, try to get training hours when it’s super slow so you have ample time to get used to it ? It’ll probably just take awhile!
