get routine down to a science.
start, stop, start, finish, start, finish, start... just get that seamless switch between just the TWO drinks you are focused on and the speed will come.
at first it seems like you're not going fast enough because you're not starting a 3rd or pulling a 4th drink sticker.... all you are doing is slowing down that first drink - then, in turn the 2nd drink too.
Just get that routine down and you'll be bumping out drinks every 25 seconds or faster depending.
you get that bump in speed as needed by staying super focused on just two drinks at a time. regardless of how many is in the line, just start one, then finish the other.

i would say when you have iced caramel macchiatos put them under where the shots pull with the milk and ice already ready and go do whatever drinks you can at cvs, or at cvs as the blenders going for a frap start a shaken drink

learn timings. use the vsccf blender times, waiting for shots, and steaming milk rest time to your advantage to prep or finish drinks
