what’s the best way to figure out if you’ve been marked as non-rehireable? I quit my store in a pretty bad way, but i really felt that i had no choice. basically i had a shift leader that was bullying me and after 6 months of it, i told my sm (who rarely ever came to the store, and also never helped on the floor when we were constantly understaffed) i wanted to transfer. she said she wouldn’t let me transfer until i sat down with her and the shift leader and talked things out. we tried the group therapy session, and then things got a lot worse. i told the sm that it wasn’t going to work and that i NEEDED to transfer. i was missing shifts because my anxiety would be so bad that i would constantly be throwing up before and during a shift. she still wouldn’t let me transfer. after she said she refused to let me transfer, i texted her and told her i quit. now i have another job and don’t need to work at starbucks, but in case i ever lose this job i would love for it to be an option since i loved being a barista. i’m just not sure if she marked me as non-rehireable

call partner resources and ask about your rehire status, it was a 2minute call for me
