THIS IS SO CUTE!!!! my DM is very against us having a pet wall (despite her coming through drive specifically so she can have her dog in there????) because it’s not “standard”. our CC scores have been steadily increasing since we started it. a lot of people come through with their pets & it’s a great conversation starter! we see roughy 15-20 pets a day in the drive thru. mostly dogs, but we have someone who comes through with a bird, another with ferrets, and a couple with cats!

Our manager said we can’t ask them to leave unless the dogs causing trouble so idk what the rules are as far as health violations

In some cases if you ask it can be taken wrong and seem discriminatory, especially if that dog actually is a support animal or service dog. From management perspective, you don’t want to be on the wrong side of that conversation, for many reasons. I know this only bc my manager made a shift go ask one day and then she had to intervene because the customer ended up getting really offended and a whole scene happened in our lobby.
