Yepp i feel like people at my store are constantly hunting on the schedule for people that have off to ask them to come in...well, not them...me! They seem to always be asking me. Do they respect other peoples days off more? Because i had off for a few days and had to get some stuff done like appointments and errands and just having time for myself and on one of my days off, i got asked 3 times to come in by 3 different people. Then the next day after that which i had off, i get asked again. Then i got asked last week when i had off too. Like damn i just worked 5 days in a row. Can i have my days off to get shit done like appointments or would u rather me make my appointments during work days and leave early?? Its so frustrating

Normally when they try to ask me and I know I’m already working and don’t have the hours I say or you gonna either pay me overtime OK no then you’re gonna get rid of the shift normally but I’ll be like down there will be busy too and then they’ll say no OK end of discussion I’m not coming in 🤷🏼‍♀️
