They dont really turn off they just go into deep sleep mode so you just press the dial next to the display to wake it and it’ll wake up for a minute, then you just need to run the calibration cycles like as soon as you can bc they take a while. Then while that’s going make your teas, iced coffee backups and make sure you have vsc, whips all that. Stock fridges and ice. Make sure you do your pastry case and also move sandwiches from the back fridges up to warming before you open, along with moving over any pastry’s you might need before opening. The only other like dire thing to do before opening is brew pike. Everything else like putting away the order, stocking rte&d can be done while open as long as the order isn’t blocking the cafe! This is what I can rattle off the top of my head
