My manager decided to continue to schedule me outside my availability. My shifts weren’t even remotely close to what I had available.
That’s when I decided enough was enough.

Sounds like what I had to do last time I worked here. The exact same thing happened to me. I'm back now but my new SM is a hundred times better

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with Starbucks. Working for them has been wonderful for me and has really helped me to be successful in other endeavors as well.
