Sbux no longer 100% covers gender affirming procedures as of October. It’s now similar to a copay system where you don’t pay the whole cost, but you do pay a significant portion.
If it’s feasible for you and you plan on staying with the company long enough to pay for insurance and save for your copays, it may be worth it. In my case it will be cheaper to save for the whole cost on my own. You can certainly contact the benefits line once you’re employed (if you aren’t already), they can get you more details based on your situation/needs. Best of luck.
