I just had a question about the bean stock grants while I'm looking for a new job. Will I still get the ones that are going to be vested in November if I leave before the date they are vested? Or do I need to stay on as an employee until then? And if I quit like the day after they are vested, will I still get them?

It's almost free money and I just wanna know before I decide when I'm going to officially quit.
